1:1 Personal Training Sessions:
This option is ideal for those who are particularly committed to their specific fitness goals &/or have a certain time frame for achieving them.  The accountability & mentoring of Personal Training makes all the difference for many clients. One on one Personal Training is also ideal for our Pre & Post Natal clients who need that little bit of extra TLC.

2:1 Personal Training Sessions:
Train with a friend & save money, while still receiving the personalised approach of Personal Training.

*The above prices are considered “pay as you go” & can be paid in advance online through PayPal or bank transfer or cash on arrival for session. No late payments accepted.

 

10 sessions Bundle Savings Deal
Clients training with Personal Trainer 2 or more times a week- Pay for 10 sessions in advance & receive a 10% discount off total cost.
Clients training with Personal Trainer 1 time per week – Pay for 10 sessions in advance & receive a 5% discount off total cost.
 
 

 

*No refunds available for missed sessions, however rescheduling may be available if 24hrs notice is given&the make-up session occurs within one week of the cancelled session.

Prior to training you will receive a complimentary, in depth consultation & fitness screening, ensuring your program is personalised to best suit your needs & goals.

After your 1st 4 weeks, you will undertake another fitness screening & evaluation & receive a progress report & updated program. After the initial 4 weeks, this will occur every 6 weeks.

Regular progress reports are integral to achieving your goals & help to keep you focused & motivated, whilst celebrating your successes! A home workout program is also included to ensure you are consistent with your exercise & hence achieve your goals.
