Being a busy mum of two energetic young girls, Mel understands that it can be pretty trickyto find the time & energy for exercise & looking after yourself, but also knows how vitally important it is to form healthy exercise habits both for yourself & for those in your world. Mel has always exercised with her children around & has seen first hand the positive effect this has had on her kids, who love to join in on workouts & now create their own little workouts at home! We all want to our kids to grow up healthy & happy! Being a positive role model of a healthy lifestyle,is foundational to the health of all our kids.
