To book a Group Session: please email or text Mel at least one day before the class. You can also book a class by paying online through PayPal & leaving the following details in the comments space.
Text messages should include your name, email address& which classes you plan to attend.
Emails should include your name, phone number & which classes you plan to attend.
Remember, your safety is of paramount importance to us, so before your first group session it is a requirement that you first attend an introductory class & hand in a short form, which you can either print at home & bring with you, or get one on arrival to your Intro class &fill in on the day. Whether or not you print your form at home, please ensure you have read & understand the terms & conditions, prior to the class. You can book your introductory class when you book your group session.
NB: As class sizes are kept small for your comfort & safety, it is necessary to cancel prior to the class you have booked for, should you no longer be able to attend, so that your spot can be given to someone else.
